Satisfaction Guarantee

  • Website and Branding Services: We offer a refund or partial refund up until the delivery of the first draft of your website. Once the first draft has been delivered, we have fulfilled the majority of our contract obligations, excluding final website revisions. At that point, the order is no longer eligible for any type of refund.
  • Product Satisfaction: For orders placed on behalf of your customers, we include a satisfaction guarantee covering product quality and condition. If an item arrives damaged or fails to meet customer expectations, we will provide a replacement or a full refund for the item in question, ensuring that you can confidently stand behind your brand.

Fulfillment Policy

My Dog Den partners exclusively with trusted printing and fulfillment facilities to meet demand and ensure timely production and shipping. We maintain strict quality control standards with our fulfillment facilities to ensure exceptional quality and adherence to each client’s production timeline.

We ensure that:

  • All products produced by our trusted partners meet the highest standards of quality, consistency, and branding.
  • Every order adheres to our shipping guarantees and is delivered with your business’s custom branding and labeling, ensuring a seamless and professional customer experience.

Fulfillment timelines vary by plan level, ensuring your business needs are met efficiently and reliably.

Ownership Rights

Upon the completion of services and full receipt of payment, you gain complete ownership of all materials created by My Dog Den, including but not limited to:

  • Website designs and structures
  • Branding kits and custom graphics
  • Marketing materials provided as part of the service

Clients retain the exclusive rights to modify, distribute, or display these assets as they see fit, ensuring that the materials My Dog Den creates are fully under your control and ownership post-project.

Payment Terms

To ensure efficient order fulfillment and minimize delays, My Dog Den will upload an invoice for order fees after you place an order for fulfillment in your management account. We are currently working on automating this process so you can pay the invoice directly after submitting an order for fulfillment; this functionality will be available in the coming months.

  • Timely Payment: To initiate production and meet scheduled shipping timelines, payment should be completed promptly upon invoice upload.
  • Delayed Payments: Any delay in payment may result in production and fulfillment delays. My Dog Den is not responsible for impacts on delivery times or order accuracy due to delayed payments.

Shipping Guarantee
